OFTEN ON 90 DEGREE DAYS when I’m standing in the marketplace people will comment on my dressing in black. That gives me the opportunity to explain that wearing black was by design.

My black attire represents the dark days America has entered. These are days to grieve, not celebrate. The dark sunglasses represent the darkness that has come over the eyes of America’s leadership and its fruit of division and evil. Here’s how Matthew 6:22-23 puts it:

“The light of the body is the eye: if therefore your eye be single, your whole body sh

all be full of light. But if your eye be evil, your whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you be darkness, how great is that darkness”

Darkness runs rampant.
Only light can dispel darkness.
Where is the light?

“Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it gives light to all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 55:15-16)

Go! and shine your light
